Income Potential by Learner

The Income Potential by Learner report shows the maximum potential income for each learner for their main aim, QCF units, certificates, other learning aims and courses.
Please note that this report uses the Maytas funding views rather than profiling.
Parameters
- Centre – This can be used to filter by centre.
- Contractor – This can be used to filter by contractor.
- Show/hide early leavers – This can be used to show only early leavers, exclude early leavers or show all learners (the default).
- Show/hide live learners – This can be used to show only live learners, show only leavers or show all learners.
- Funding body - This lets you choose whether to show SFA funding, EFA funding or course funding.
- Years - This allows you to filter results by the selected contract years. For ESFA funding, results are filtered by the year in which the funding occurs. For course payments, results are filtered by whether a learner's course placement occurs at any point in the selected years. e.g. If a learner was on a course from 01/04/2021 to 01/10/2021, they would be included for 2020/21 and 2021/22.
Layout
The report lists learners, and for each learner shows their total potential income for the main aim, all their QCF units, their certificate, their other learning aims and any courses on which they are enrolled. The last column shows the total potential income.
